I’m Lucy, a registered dietitian and lifestyle medicine professional with a decade of experience helping clients heal their relationship with food.
I narrowly escaped an eating disorder when I was younger and struggled to heal for years afterwards. I have first-hand experience with the food issues I now help others to overcome.
